SLV have unallocated(no physical silver) while SPLV have allocated silver(acctual silver stored in a vault). SLV follow the silver price so no they don't go down as people sell it off... But once the world realise SLV is the scam it is then those sitting in SLV sit with nothing, meaning SLV could go to 0 one day. SLV updated there prospectus in Februari where they pretty much renonced all responibility. Can read abot it on the reddit group. One obvious clue is that they claim to have moved in 4000 ton of silver in just 3 days and then out a few thousand ton a few days later. That is logisticlly impossible. But if you just got paper you can just write it up with XXXX tons. SLV don't have an audit on the silvers bars either. When the bullion banks claim this is how much silver is in storage and so on they count in all these silver that only exist on paper but isn't in any vault. Silver is about to became more rare then gold, last years we consumed a lot of what was stored when producing our solar panels, smartphones, electric cars, computers and so on. With Bidens new deal it will definantly cause a sever deficity. Just one solar panels need 20g of silver and Biden and other nations plans to build a lot of it.
