The investment objective of the Sub-Funds is to track both the upward and the downward evolution of the MSCI ACWI IMI Future Mobility ESG Filtered Index (the “Index”), denominated in US dollar (USD) and representative of the performance of a select set of companies from the MSCI ACWI Investable Market Index (IMI) (the “Parent Index”) which are expected to derive significant revenues from energy storage technologies, autonomous vehicles, shared mobility and new transportation methods after excluding companies which are Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) laggards relative to the theme universe, while minimizing the volatility of the difference between the return of the Merging Sub-Funds and the return of the Index (the “Tracking Error”).
