The Fund aims to achieve long-term capital growth. The Fund seeks to achieve its objective by investing primarily in equity or equity related securities of (i) companies having their registered office in China, (ii) companies with their registered office outside China carrying out their business activities predominantly in China, or (iii) holding companies, the interests of which are predominantly invested in companies with registered office in China.
