The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve the net total return performance of the MSCI Emerging Markets Index (the "Reference Index") less fees, expenses and transaction costs. The Reference Index is a free float-adjusted market capitalisation index that is designed to measure equity market performance in the global emerging markets. The Reference Index provides a representation of 10 industry sectors in 22 emerging markets with 770 constituents.
