The fund seeks to track the performance of the Index. The Index is an equity index that measures the performance of eligible equity securities from the S&P World Utilities Index (the “Parent Index”). The Parent Index is designed to measure the performance of large and mid-cap utilities companies in Developed Markets (as defined by S&P) which make up approximately 85% of the total available capital. Utilities companies are identified by reference to the GICS. The utilities sector comprises utility companies such as electric, gas and water utilities.
