My goal is financial independence by 2039 by steady cash flows from dividends using diversified picks from BDC, REIT, and banking sectors mostly. Supplemented by index funds from USA, Europe and Asia. I put a certain amount of cash per month into stocks using a predetermined annual plan that I have been following since 2022. All my direct stocks are outside of Nordnet.
