I mostly focus on 12-15 dividend stocks (BDC, REIT, banks, etc) and some Mag-7 plays via indexes or direct shares. Some of them are in my bank. My ultimate goal is to reach financial independence by 2039, by way of receiving annual net dividends that match my annual net salary. The strategy is to sum up a certain fixed amount of money each month and add each month's dividends into the pool and then add more to the existing positions based on my planned position size % of each stock. Occasionally I switch the companies, but right now I'm mostly happy with the portfolio. If nothing dramatic happens, I should reach my goal just by waiting :)
