- 3. apr.3. apr.Så skjer det noko i andre segment enn oppdrettsindustrien også! MVW: M Vest Water announces first sales in the Middle East Oil & Gas Produced Water Treatment market Bergen, Norway, April 3, 2024 – M Vest Water (EURONEXT: MVW) today announces that, through an established partnership, MVW has been awarded the supply of process equipment and chemicals for an especially important Produced Water Reuse project in the Middle East. The MVW supply includes the NORWAPOL® and the NORWAFLOC® technology as an integrated part of a larger environmentally sustainable treatment system designed to bring polluted Produced Water to valuable reuse. Scope of delivery includes the sale of a complete NORWAPOL® system comprising 3 polishing filters, chemical dosing stations, and the long-term supply of our environmentally friendly NORWAFLOC® treatment chemical. MVW 's supply will treat between 50 and 100 m3 liters of Produced Water per hour as an integrated part of the complete Produced Water Reuse Treatment System. The system is expected to be operative in the break of 2024/2025. “MVW has proved to a major O&G Operator in the US that our NORWAPOL® technology is disruptive versus the common water polishing technologies in the O&G industry. We are proud and happy that yet another major O&G Operator, now in the Middle East, has chosen the disruptive NORWAPOL® technology and natural NORWAFLOC® treatment chemicals above common filter solutions in this important project. This acknowledgment from a major operator is a milestone in our work towards commercialization in the Middle East. Even though the scope of this project in the Produced Water context is relatively small, the potential for duplicating the reuse solution to several other sites is large and intended.” comments MVW’s CEO Stein Giljarhus.
- 26. feb.26. feb.M Vest Water advances in Middle East Oil & Gas Produced Water Treatment market Bergen, Norway, February 26, 2024 – M Vest Water (EURONEXT: MVW) today announced that, by invitation from a major operating and oil-producing company, it has successfully conducted the first step qualification of NORWAFLOC® for Oil & Gas Produced Water Treatment at two sites in the Middle East (ME). At first site, MVW replaced synthetic produced water treatment chemicals with completely natural and biodegradable NORWAFLOC® by using only half as much product volumes compared to the currently used synthetic product, achieving significantly better treatment results. The next planned step is full-scale qualification at the field, treating several hundred thousand m3/day at one of the largest produced water field flows in the world. At the second site, MVW also successfully conducted the first stage test with NORWAFLOC® for the same operator. This was at a large oil terminal. Upon invitation to this project, MVW now plans for piloting NORWAPOL® and NORWAFLOC® prior to offering the client a permanent solution comprising both equipment and chemical solution. “Today, MVW is actively involved in 6 projects for Produced Water Treatment in the Middle East. The successful NORWAFLOC® test at one of the globally largest produced water fields is a milestone and a breakthrough for MVW in this region. It is noted that the ME operators highly value GREEN and sustainable solutions and support our vision to replace synthetic polymers with a better alternative. Aside of the US, the ME is the most attractive market for MVW due to the very large volumes of produced water, and subsequent sound water management is one of the critical parameters for optimized O&G production in the ME,” comments MVW’s CEO Stein Giljarhus. https://newsweb.oslobors.no/message/611787
- 23. jan.23. jan.Er ordreboken litt sprø her?
