Uken som helhet, ga en oppgang p\u00e5 0.8 prosent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00f8rsen har brutt ned gjennom det tidligere st\u00f8tteniv\u00e5et ved 1460, samt gulvet i den stigende trenden. Det er duket for videre turbulens p\u00e5 Oslo B\u00f8rs p\u00e5 kort sikt, mens den langsiktige trenden fortsatt er stigende. Det ligger n\u00e5 st\u00f8tte rundt 1380 poeng, bare to prosent under fredagens sluttkurs. Lenger ned er det st\u00f8tte ved 1320 til 1300 poeng.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Investtechs kortsiktige optimismeindeks har falt 10 poeng den siste uken og ligger helt nede p\u00e5 23 poeng. Det indikerer at omtrent fire av fem kortsiktige investorer p\u00e5 Oslo B\u00f8rs er pessimister. Indeksen for de langsiktige investorene har falt 5 poeng ned til 32 poeng.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Styremedlemmer, direkt\u00f8rer og andre innsidere har rapportert 78 handler den siste m\u00e5neden. Kj\u00f8psandelen var 88 prosent, noe som er godt over gjennomsnittet for det siste \u00e5ret. En stor overvekt av innsiderne som har handlet, sender positive signaler om aksjene i egen bedrift.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Utfallsrommet p\u00e5 Oslo B\u00f8rs er stort, med flere negative og postive elementer. Historisk har h\u00f8y volatilitet v\u00e6rt fulgt av h\u00f8y volatilitet. Vi forventer det samme n\u00e5, alts\u00e5 store svingninger. At et stort flertall n\u00f8kkelpersoner i norske selskaper bruker egne sparepenger p\u00e5 \u00e5 kj\u00f8pe seg opp i egne selskap, signaliserer at mange aksjer p\u00e5 Oslo B\u00f8rs n\u00e5 er fundamentalt billige. Dette styrker Hovedindeksen p\u00e5 mellomlang til lang sikt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konklusjon: Oslo B\u00f8rs anses n\u00f8ytral p\u00e5 mellomlang sikt (1-6 m\u00e5neder).
