Fredrik vil ogs\u00e5 gi en gjennomgang av et utvalg aksjer i portef\u00f8ljen. <a href=\"https:\/\/attendee.gotowebinar.com\/register\/3997400312645133913?source=nnett\" rel=\"noopener\">Les mer og meld deg p\u00e5 her<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"morgenrapport-3-mars\">Morgenrapport 3. mars<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Det ble en svak nedgang i markedet fredag, og Hovedindeksen endte p\u00e5 1490 poeng, noe som er en nedgang p\u00e5 0.2 prosent. Uken som helhet ga en nedgang p\u00e5 0.7 prosent. Totalt ga februar som helhet, en nedgang p\u00e5 1.7 prosent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hovedindeksen har brutt opp gjennom den horisontale motstanden ved 1460-1470 poeng, utl\u00f8ste kj\u00f8pssignal ved bruddet opp gjennom taket p\u00e5 en rektangelformasjon og ligger i en stigende trendkanal p\u00e5 mellomlang sikt. Kursen har reagert tilbake fra toppnoteringen den 30. januar, men kan fort snu oppover igjen. Det tekniske bildet indikerer en \u00f8kende optimisme i markedet, stadig sterkere kj\u00f8pelyst hos investorene og en videre oppgang for Oslo B\u00f8rs. Brudd opp gjennom motstand ved 1520 poeng vil utl\u00f8se et nytt kj\u00f8pssignal.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Investtechs kortsiktige optimismeindeks ligger p\u00e5 42 poeng og den langsiktige ligger ved 54 poeng. Verdiene indikerer at det n\u00e5 er ganske n\u00f8ytralt blant b\u00e5de de kortsiktige og de langsiktige investorene p\u00e5 Oslo B\u00f8rs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Styremedlemmer, direkt\u00f8rer og andre innsidere har rapportert 92 handler den siste m\u00e5neden. Kj\u00f8psandelen var 83 prosent, noe som er s\u00e5vidt over gjennomsnittet for det siste \u00e5ret. En stor overvekt av innsiderne som har handlet, sender positive signaler om aksjene i egen bedrift. Vi regner med \u00f8kende handel de kommende ukene n\u00e5 som de fleste selskapene har sluppet sine rapporter for fjerde kvartal. Spesielt for de litt mindre selskapene kan innsiderne gi gode signaler om forventninger til aksjekursen framover.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konklusjon: Oslo B\u00f8rs anses positiv p\u00e5 mellomlang sikt (1-6 m\u00e5neder). Dette er et resultat av at investorer over tid har akseptert en stadig h\u00f8yere pris for \u00e5 komme inn i aksjen. En sterkt positiv volumbalanse bekrefter trendbildet. Brudd opp gjennom motstanden ved 78 kroner i forbindelse med rapportslippet den 29. januar har gitt kj\u00f8pssignal. Det finnes ingen motstand over dagens kurs. N\u00e6rmeste st\u00f8tte ligger i omr\u00e5det 73\u201378 kroner.
