Uken som helhet ga en nedgang p\u00e5 2.0 prosent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hovedindeksen har brutt opp gjennom den horisontale motstanden ved 1460-1470 poeng, utl\u00f8ste kj\u00f8pssignal ved bruddet opp gjennom taket p\u00e5 en rektangelformasjon og ligger i en stigende trendkanal p\u00e5 mellomlang sikt. Kursen har reagert tilbake fra toppnoteringen den 30. januar, men kan fort snu oppover igjen. Det tekniske bildet indikerer en \u00f8kende optimisme i markedet, stadig sterkere kj\u00f8pslyst hos investorene og en videre oppgang for Oslo B\u00f8rs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Investtechs kortsiktige optimismeindeks har steget fra 38 poeng like f\u00f8r jul til dagens verdi p\u00e5 59 poeng, hvilket indikerer en stor \u00f8kning i optimismen blant de kortsiktige investorene. Den langsiktige optimismeindeksen har ogs\u00e5 steget, opp til 55 poeng. Verdiene indikerer at det n\u00e5 er overvekt av optimister blant de kortsiktige investorene, mens det er ganske n\u00f8ytralt blant de langsiktige investorene p\u00e5 Oslo B\u00f8rs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det er lav aktivitet blant innsiderne n\u00e5 i forkant av framleggelsen av fjerdekvartalsresultatene. Styremedlemmer, direkt\u00f8rer og andre innsidere har rapportert bare 58 handler den siste m\u00e5neden. Kj\u00f8psandelen var 83 prosent &#8211; det samme som gjennomsnittet for det siste \u00e5ret. En stor overvekt av innsiderne som har handlet, sender positive signaler om aksjene i egen bedrift.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konklusjon: Oslo B\u00f8rs anses positiv p\u00e5 mellomlang sikt (1-6 m\u00e5neder). Aksjen ligger i en stigende trendkanal p\u00e5 mellomlang sikt. Kursen har brutt over tidligere motstandsniv\u00e5er og ligger p\u00e5 alle tiders rekordniv\u00e5. Det kortsiktige momentumet er n\u00e5 enda sterkere enn tidligere, og aksjen styrkes av positiv volumutvikling. En videre oppgang innenfor kanalen indikeres. Risikoen i Telenor er lav, med bare syv prosent m\u00e5nedlige kurssvingninger i snitt. Aksjen har st\u00f8tte ved 138 kroner, deretter ved 124-125 kroner.
