V\u00e5re kunder nettokj\u00f8pte aksjefond og rentefond for totalt 836 millioner, som er det st\u00f8rste nettokj\u00f8pet siden sommeren 2021.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I november ble rentefond nettokj\u00f8pt for 540 millioner kroner, aksjefond ble nettokj\u00f8pt for 271 millioner, og kombinasjonsfond for 25 millioner. Totalt kj\u00f8pte Nordnets kunder fondsandeler for 2.098 millioner og solgte for 1.262 millioner, noe som ga et nettokj\u00f8p p\u00e5 836 millioner i november.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dette er det h\u00f8yeste nettokj\u00f8pet av fond blant Nordnets kunder siden sommeren 2021. Volumene er h\u00f8ye b\u00e5de for rentefond og aksjefond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"knallsterk-november\">Knallsterk november<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>November m\u00e5ned var uvanlig sterk p\u00e5 verdens b\u00f8rser, og verdensindeksen MSCI World Index steg med hele 9 prosent, m\u00e5lt i dollar. Alle de store regionindeksene var opp betydelig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oslo B\u00f8rs hadde imidlertid bare en beskjeden oppgang, delvis p\u00e5 grunn av fallende oljepris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoved\u00e5rsaken til den globale b\u00f8rsoppgangen var lavere inflasjonstall og fallende renter. I USA falt 10-\u00e5rs statsrente med 0,65 prosentpoeng i november, noe som er det st\u00f8rste rentefallet p\u00e5 en m\u00e5ned siden 80-tallet. Den amerikanske sentralbankenhar hintet om at rentetoppen er n\u00e5dd, noe som tolkes positivt av aksjeinvestorer. Lavere renter \u00f8ker sannsynligheten for en myk landing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"kronen-er-prosyklisk\">Kronen er prosyklisk<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Norske kroner styrket seg med 4 prosent mot dollar i november, dog fra rekordsvake niv\u00e5er.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kronestyrkingen nesten halverte oppgangen i november for norske fondskunder som investerer i globale fond. Dette viser nok en gang at kronen er prosyklisk, noe som betyr at kronekursen normalt styrker seg n\u00e5r aksjemarkedene stiger. Det viser ogs\u00e5 fordelen av \u00e5 sitte med internasjonale aksjefond uten valutasikring. Stiger b\u00f8rsene f\u00e5r du normalt noe lavere avkastning enn om du valutasikrer fondene \u2013 og faller b\u00f8rsene s\u00e5 faller dine internasjonale aksjefond mindre, fordi kronen som regel svekker seg under b\u00f8rsfall. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"globale-indeksfond-tek-fond-og-rentefond-pa-kjopstoppen\">Globale indeksfond, tek-fond og rentefond p\u00e5 kj\u00f8pstoppen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>4 av 10 fond p\u00e5 kj\u00f8pstoppen er globale indeksfond. Ett av dem er det nye gearede indeksfondet <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nordnet.no\/fond\/indeksfond\/nordnet-global-indeks-125\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.nordnet.no\/fond\/indeksfond\/nordnet-global-indeks-125\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Nordnet Global Indeks 125<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dette fondet har f\u00e5tt en god start siden det ble lansert 1. oktober, takket v\u00e6re sterke aksjemarkeder. Mens Nordnets ordin\u00e6re globale indeksfond har steget med 6,8 prosent de to siste m\u00e5nedene, har 125-fondet steget med 8,2 prosent, som er omtrent som forventet. Fondet skal gi 1,25 ganger avkastningen til det globale aksjemarkedet, fratrukket finansieringskostnad og forvaltningskostnad. G\u00e5r aksjemarkedene ned, vil du tape noe mer enn et ordin\u00e6rt globalt indeksfond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det er f\u00f8rste gangen p\u00e5 mange \u00e5r at et langt obligasjonsfond er \u00e5 finne blant de 10 mest kj\u00f8pte fondene, nemlig KLP Obligasjon 5 \u00e5r. Dette<em>rente<\/em>fondet ga hele 6 prosent avkastning i november, takket v\u00e6re fallende langrenter. To andre obligasjonsfond som er p\u00e5 topp 20 listen er Alfred Berg Nordic IG Long Duration og Arctic Nordic Investment Grade. Ogs\u00e5 disse to fondene kan vise til sterk avkastning i november.
