Det jeg tenker p\u00e5, er aksje- og indeksopsjoner. Er du en av dem som ikke har sett n\u00e6rmere p\u00e5 opsjoner enda, eller som umiddelbart forbinder opsjoner med noe risikabelt og komplisert? I s\u00e5 fall har du all grunn til \u00e5 lese videre. Etter min erfaring er mange kjent med risikofaktorene, men f\u00e5 er klar over mulighetene som faktisk ligger i disse produktene. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Noen av mulighetene opsjoner gir<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>skape avkastning ikke bare i et stigende marked, men kunne oppn\u00e5 det samme i et fallende eller et stagnerende marked<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>beskytte en posisjon, det vil si redusere dens risiko og forsikre seg mot nedgang<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sette opp kombinasjoner av opsjoner som passer perfekt til din markedsoppfatning, slik at du kan maksimere avkastningen hvis du f\u00e5r rett<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>oppn\u00e5 en gearing-effekt, det vil si at en liten innsats gir til en sv\u00e6rt h\u00f8y eksponering (og potensiell avkastning)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>planlegge aksjekj\u00f8p eller aksjesalg ved hjelp av opsjoner og dermed ha mulighet for \u00e5 oppn\u00e5 bedre kurser eller ekstra avkastning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dette er det f\u00f8rste innlegget i en serie der jeg g\u00e5r gjennom det grunnleggende om opsjonshandel og viser hvordan man bruker opsjoner i ulike situasjoner. Opsjonshandel har en egen terminologi og litt teori som man b\u00f8r kjenne til. Jeg skal ogs\u00e5 ta for meg noe av dette, men p\u00e5 et ganske overordnet niv\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi starter med et lite tilbakeblikk. Aksjeopsjoner fikk sitt gjennombrudd i Norden for litt over 40 \u00e5r siden, da Olof Stenhammar startet OM og dermed innf\u00f8rte opsjonshandel i Sverige. Opsjonsinstrumentene etablerte seg umiddelbart, og i dag finnes det aksjeopsjoner knyttet til et stort antall underliggende aksjer i Norden (Sverige, Norge, Danmark og Finland). Det finnes ogs\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nordnet.no\/no\/marked\/nordnet-markets\/indeks\">indeksopsjoner <\/a>knyttet til for eksempel OMXO20, OMXS30 og OMXC25. Opsjoner handles p\u00e5 b\u00f8rsen, p\u00e5 samme m\u00e5te som aksjer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"hvem-kan-handle-med-opsjoner\"><strong>Hvem kan handle med opsjoner?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Siden opsjoner byr p\u00e5 mange muligheter og strategier for alle typer markedssituasjoner, finnes det egentlig ingen begrensninger n\u00e5r det gjelder type investor. Med andre ord kan de fleste dra nytte av \u00e5 komplettere aksjeportef\u00f8ljen med aksjeopsjoner. Det som imidlertid er viktig, er \u00e5 ha tilstrekkelig kunnskap om og kjennskap til hvordan disse finansielle produktene fungerer, og hva de ulike strategiene inneb\u00e6rer. Visse opsjonsstrategier er forbundet med h\u00f8yere risiko enn vanlig aksjehandel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"hva-er-en-opsjon\"><strong>Hva er en opsjon?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ordet <em>opsjon<\/em> er synonymt med \u00abrettighet\u00bb, det vil si at eieren av en aksjeopsjon har en rett knyttet til en bestemt aksje. Det finnes to typer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nordnet.no\/market\/options?currency=NOK&amp;underlyingSymbol=OMXO20GI&amp;expireDate=1655416800000\">opsjoner<\/a>: <strong>kj\u00f8psopsjoner <\/strong>og <strong>salgsopsjoner<\/strong>. Med andre ord handler det om retten til \u00e5 kj\u00f8pe \u2013 eller selge \u2013 en underliggende aksje til en forh\u00e5ndsbestemt kurs i en forh\u00e5ndsbestemt tidsperiode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Denne forh\u00e5ndsbestemte kursen kalles <strong>innl\u00f8sningskurs<\/strong> (man kan velge mellom mange forskjellige innl\u00f8sningskurser), og den forh\u00e5ndsbestemte tidsperioden kalles opsjonens <strong>l\u00f8petid<\/strong>. Ogs\u00e5 her er det mye \u00e5 velge mellom, alt fra \u00e9n uke til flere \u00e5r. Hva inneb\u00e6rer dette i praksis? Vi starter med \u00e5 se p\u00e5 et grunnleggende eksempel med en kj\u00f8psopsjon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"kjopt-kjopsopsjon-en-av-de-fire-grunnposisjonene\"><strong>Kj\u00f8pt kj\u00f8psopsjon \u2013 en av de fire grunnposisjonene<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La oss si at vi er positive til en aksje som for \u00f8yeblikket st\u00e5r i 100 kroner. Vi tror aksjen vil stige ganske mye i n\u00e6rmeste fremtid og vurderer derfor \u00e5 kj\u00f8pe kj\u00f8psopsjoner som et alternativ til \u00e5 kj\u00f8pe aksjer. Vi ser p\u00e5 en opsjon som har <em>innl\u00f8sningskurs<\/em> p\u00e5 100 kroner og gjenv\u00e6rende <em>l\u00f8petid<\/em> p\u00e5 2 m\u00e5neder. Hvis vi kj\u00f8per denne opsjonen, sikrer vi oss rettigheten til \u00e5 kj\u00f8pe aksjer for 100 kroner en gang i l\u00f8pet av de neste 2 m\u00e5nedene, uavhengig av hvor mye aksjen koster i markedet. Hvis aksjen skulle stige til for eksempel 120 kroner, har vi likevel rettigheten til \u00e5 kj\u00f8pe aksjene for 100 kroner, noe som selvsagt er sv\u00e6rt gunstig. For denne rettigheten betaler vi 4 kroner, og denne prisen kalles <strong>opsjonspremie<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selv synes jeg det er nyttig \u00e5 illustrere fortjeneste og tap i et diagram, og her er en sammenligning av en aksjepost og en kj\u00f8pt kj\u00f8psopsjon. Den vannrette linjen indikerer aksjekurs, mens den loddrette indikerer gevinst eller et tap. Hvis den stiger med 5 kr, ser vi \u2013 p\u00e5 den loddrette aksen \u2013 at vi har en urealisert gevinst p\u00e5 5 kr. Breakeven er 100 kr, som er det aksjen kostet. Oppsiden er ubegrenset \u2013 men hvis aksjen faller, kan vi selvsagt ogs\u00e5 tape mye. I verste fall taper vi 100 kr hvis selskapet skulle g\u00e5 konkurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I diagrammet til h\u00f8yre kj\u00f8per vi en kj\u00f8psopsjon (med innl\u00f8sningspris p\u00e5 100 kr) til 4 kr, og da er breakeven 104 kr \u2013 dvs. litt h\u00f8yere. Vi har ogs\u00e5 her en ubegrenset oppside, men en begrenset risiko p\u00e5 nedsiden siden vi bare kan tape de 4 kronene som vi betalte for opsjonen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hva skjer s\u00e5 hvis aksjen stiger til 110 kr? I aksjeeksempelet inneb\u00e6rer det en avkastning p\u00e5 10%. N\u00e5r det gjelder opsjonen, vil den v\u00e6re verdt minst 10 kr siden vi har rett til \u00e5 kj\u00f8pe aksjer for 100 kr selv om de omsettes til 110 kroner i markedet. Siden vi betalte 4 kr for opsjonen, inneb\u00e6rer det en avkastning p\u00e5 150%. (10 kr \u2013 4 kr = 6 kr. Vi deler dette med investert bel\u00f8p, som var 4 kr, og f\u00e5r da 6 \/ 4 = 150%). Dette er et eksempel p\u00e5 den s\u00e5kalte gearing-effekten.
