{"id":50011,"date":"2020-01-08T19:28:32","date_gmt":"2020-01-08T18:28:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nordnet.no\/blogg\/?p=50011"},"modified":"2026-03-18T12:14:00","modified_gmt":"2026-03-18T11:14:00","slug":"price-to-sales-ratio-p-s","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nordnet.no\/blogg\/price-to-sales-ratio-p-s\/","title":{"rendered":"Price to Sales Ratio (P\/S)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong> Hva er P\/S Ratio?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pris til salgs ratio, ogs\u00e5 kjent som PSR er en brukbar ratio som bestemmer hvor mye<br> markedet priser hver krone selskapet tjener og regnes ut p\u00e5 f\u00f8lgende m\u00e5te. <br> Vi regner det ut slik:<br><em> Total Markedsverdi av selskapet \/ \u00c5rlig salg<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For enkelte investorer er dette kongen av ratioer for \u00e5 bestemme om et selskap er underpriset i<br>markedet eller ikke.<br>La oss se p\u00e5 et eksempel for \u00e5 forst\u00e5 dette bedre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Regneeksempel:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi ser p\u00e5 et regneeksempel for \u00e5 illustrere dette bedre.<br>Vi har et selskap ABC A\/S som har et \u00e5rlig salg p\u00e5 600000000 NOK. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selskapet har totalt 20000000 aksjer utest\u00e5ende som n\u00e5 handles for en pris av 25NOK per<br> aksje.<br> Totale verdien av selskapet blir da 25 * 200000000 som da er lik 500000000.<br> Deler vi 500 millioner p\u00e5 600 millioner, s\u00e5 finner vi selskapet P\/S som da er 0.83.<br> En bokstavelig tolkning av 0.83 ville da v\u00e6rt at vi priser hver krone selskapet tjener til 0.83<br> kroner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hvordan skal vi tolke dette?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hvordan skal vi s\u00e5 videre tolke 0.83 egentlig, fordi 0.83 sier oss ikke s\u00e5 veldig mye ene og<br>alene. Som med andre ratioer jeg har skrevet om, s\u00e5 m\u00e5 man sammenligne epler med epler<br>og p\u00e6rer med p\u00e6rer, ellers kan vi ikke tolke det korrekt. Enkelte sektorer har h\u00f8yere<br>gjennomsnittlig PSR, mens andre har lavere. En PSR p\u00e5 0.83 kan v\u00e6re helt innafor i enkelte<br>sektorer, men kan v\u00e6re fryktelig lite i andre sektorer.<br>Dersom v\u00e5rt selskap ABC A\/S opererte i en sektor hvor gjennomsnittlig PSR var 1.5, s\u00e5 kan vi<br>tolke det slik at selskapet ABC er underpriset i forhold til sier konkurrenter.<br>Hvis p\u00e5 den andre siden konkurrentene til selskapet v\u00e5rt hadde en gjennomsnittlig PSR p\u00e5<br>0.3, s\u00e5 vil ABC A\/S v\u00e6re overpriset i sammenligning med sine konkurrenter.<br>En tommelfingerregel er at hvis P\/S er under 1, s\u00e5 er selskapet underpriset.<br>Lav PSR = Underpriset aksje i forhold til sine konkurrenter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00f8y PSR = Overpriset aksje i forhold til sine konkurrenter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong> Negative Sider med P\/S ratio:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Selv om denne ratioen er ofte brukt, s\u00e5 m\u00e5 den ikke tolkes bokstavelig. Alt har sine negative<br> sider, og P\/S er ingen unntak.<br> Som dere ser, s\u00e5 har vi \u00e5rlig salg i nevneren. \u00c5rlig salg er derimot ikke profitt og betyr ganske<br> lite hvis selskapet ikke kan generere positive kontantstr\u00f8mmer.<br> Gjeldsandelen i selskapet kan p\u00e5virke markedsprisen i selskapet betydelig. Selskapet kan<br> generere ganske fine salg, men dersom markedet mener at selskapet har for mye gjeld og<br> risikabel gjeld, s\u00e5 vil aksjene bli priset billigere, som da vil gj\u00f8re at P\/S ratioen synker. Da<br> betyr ikke lavere P\/S ratio at selskapet er underpriset, men at selskapet heller er mer<br> risikabelt enn andre selskaper i samme bransje. Da kan man heller bruke Enterprice Value i<br> stedet for Markedsverdien i telleren, hva Enterprice Value har jeg tatt for meg i artikkelen<br> som du kan lese her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kan man finne ut av P\/S enklere?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e5 absolutt.
