Espen forklarer n\u00f8ye hvordan du som privatperson kan konstruere portef\u00f8ljen best mulig for \u00e5 b\u00e5de v\u00e6re bredt diversifisert og ha n\u00f8dvendig eksponering mot de ulike aktiva-klassene. Avslutningsvis snakker Espen og Mads litt om markedet, og utsiktene fremover. I helgen var det et mye omtalt G20 m\u00f8te, der vi fikk viktige svar b\u00e5de for oljeprisen og den p\u00e5g\u00e5ende handelskrigen mellom USA og Kina.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Strategisk og taktisk allokering i portef\u00f8ljen<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>(fra 1:32) Espen begynner med \u00e5 forklare litt forskjellen p\u00e5 den strategiske allokeringen i en portef\u00f8lje, f\u00f8r han g\u00e5r mer inn p\u00e5 den taktiske vurderingen. Som en hovedregel er den strategiske allokeringen hva du bestemmer deg for \u00e5 inneha i de forskjellige aktiva-klassene, som renter, aksjer og eiendom. Espen forteller videre hva Nordea tenker om portef\u00f8ljekonstruksjon og hvordan du som investor best mulig kan adaptere denne konstruksjonen til eget bruk.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Aktiva-klasser: hva og hvordan skal dette brukes i en fornuftig portef\u00f8lje<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>(fra 13:55) Vi g\u00e5r inn p\u00e5 hva som definerer en aktiva-klasse og hvordan man best mulig sprer sine investeringer innenfor disse. Noen eksempler er renter, hedgefond, r\u00e5varer og aksjer. Fordelen med aktiva-klasser er ogs\u00e5 at det er mye historiske data som gir deg som investor et godt grunnlag til \u00e5 predikere videre utvikling i de underliggende aktiva-klassene.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Diversifisering og risiko<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>(fra 22:45) Diversifisering og risiko er sentrale temaer. Dette blir brukt p\u00e5 ulike m\u00e5ter i finansverden. Warren Buffet er helt imot det og har sagt at diversifisering kun er for de som ikke har peiling. Oljefondet derimot styrer sitt investeringsmandat etter 60\/40, i fav\u00f8r aksjer over renter. Hvorfor er diversifisering s\u00e5 viktig? Dette g\u00e5r Espen og Mads n\u00e6rmere inn p\u00e5. Her tar gutta opp hvordan man b\u00e5de kan \u00f8ke og begrense sin risiko enten mot aksjer eller rentemarkedet. De ser ogs\u00e5 p\u00e5 hvordan man kan bygge en \u00aballv\u00e6rsportef\u00f8lje\u00bb som kan tolerere de naturlige svingningene som man har i markedene.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Litt om markedet<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>(fra 30:30) Espen og Mads snakker om det mye omtalte G20 m\u00f8tet som var i helgen, der det kom frem flere positive nyheter for markedet. Det er blitt enighet mellom Kina og USA at det skal legges ned en \u00abv\u00e5penhvile\u00bb p\u00e5 90 dager i den p\u00e5g\u00e5ende handelskrigen. Dette har markedet tolket positivt og igjen er fordelaktig for en del selskaper p\u00e5 Oslo B\u00f8rs som er avhengig av internasjonal handel. \u00a0Som om ikke det var nok, kom ogs\u00e5 sentralbanksjefen i USA Jerome Powell med en uttalelse om at han ans\u00e5 dagens renteniv\u00e5 som tiln\u00e6rmet normalt. Dette tolket ogs\u00e5 markedet positivt.<\/p>\n<p>Espen og Nordea er positive til markedet framover, med gode vekstutsikter og et generelt positivt makrobilde.
