Diversifisering er den eneste gratis lunsjen i finansmarkedet. Du b\u00f8r forst\u00e5 forretningsmodellen og ha tro p\u00e5 selskapets framtidsutsikter. Neste steg er \u00e5 se p\u00e5 verdsettelsen av selskapet. \u00a0Bj\u00f8rn Erik og Anders diskuterer ogs\u00e5 hovedregler for hvordan man skal vurdere et selskap. Her er det to skoler: Fundamental analyse, som ser p\u00e5 regnskapstall som utvikling i omsetning, overskudd, vekst og lignende. De fleste fondsforvalterne og investorer bruker denne. Og en del investorer liker utbytteaksjer. Vi st\u00e5r n\u00e5 foran utbyttesesongen og Nordnet har derfor laget en rekke artikler og nettm\u00f8ter om utbytteaksjer, forteller Bj\u00f8rn Erik. De lave rentene har medf\u00f8rt at utbytteaksjer har v\u00e6rt ekstra popul\u00e6re de siste \u00e5rene. Det er en mekanisme som sikrer at aksjen automatisk selges om kursen faller med mer enn for eksempel ti prosent. Gutta i studio er enige om at langsiktige sparere b\u00f8r legge inn en \u00abmental stop loss\u00bb, ved \u00e5 gj\u00f8re seg opp en mening om hvor mye aksjen kan falle f\u00f8r man kvitter seg med den.\u00a0 Et velkjent ordtak er \u00abCut the losses, let the profits run\u00bb. Det betyr \u00e5 la vinnerne vokse seg store mens man luker ut taperne. H\u00f8r hva Anders mener er den st\u00f8rste feilen mange gj\u00f8r n\u00e5r de plukker aksjer.<\/p>\n<h2>Kostnader ved aksjehandel<\/h2>\n<p>(Fra 31:30) Kostnader er ogs\u00e5 viktig i sparing og investering. Jo oftere man bytter ut aksjene, jo mer betaler man i kurtasjekostnader, p\u00e5peker gutta.
