Uken som helhet, ga en nedgang p\u00e5 1.0 prosent. Indeksen har med dette steget 22 av de siste 27 dagene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hovedindeksen ligger i en bred, stigende trendkanal p\u00e5 mellomlang sikt. Det kortsiktige momentumet er sterkt positivt, og uten motstand kan indeksen lett stige videre. Ved reaksjoner tilbake er det n\u00e5 st\u00f8tte fra 1670 poeng og nedover mot 1584 poeng. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Investtechs kortsiktige optimismeindeks (hausseindeks) ligger n\u00e5 p\u00e5 65 poeng, etter \u00e5 ha falt litt den siste uken. Den langsiktige optimismeindeksen ligger p\u00e5 64 poeng. Indeksene indikerer at det er en overvekt av optimister blant b\u00e5de de kortsiktige og langsiktige investorene p\u00e5 Oslo B\u00f8rs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Innsiderne er positive som vanlig. Styremedlemmer, direkt\u00f8rer og andre innsidere i selskapene p\u00e5 Oslo B\u00f8rs har gjort 57 handler den siste m\u00e5neden. Kj\u00f8psandelen var 82 prosent, rett under gjennomsnittet for det siste \u00e5ret (84 prosent). Vi forventer lav aktivitet de kommende ukene, n\u00e5 som mange innsidere sitter p\u00e5 ikke-offentlig informasjon i forbindelse med fjerdekvartalsrapportene som snart kommer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konklusjon: Oslo B\u00f8rs anses positiv p\u00e5 mellomlang sikt (1-6 m\u00e5neder). Handelskrig, \u00f8kt geopolitisk uro og en \u00f8kende ettersp\u00f8rsel fra KI-datasentere, solcelleprodusenter og batteriprodusenter er for tiden betydelige prisdrivere innen sektoren. Videre drives prisene opp av at Kina bruker landets betydelige dominans innen global raffinerikapasitet av flere metaller, spesielt innen s\u00e5kalt \u2019sjeldne\u2019 jordarter, som brikke i handelskonflikten med USA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selv om utviklingen de siste m\u00e5nedene har skutt fart, har industrielle metaller som kobber og aluminium, og spesielt edelmetaller som gull og s\u00f8lv, steget jevnt i flere \u00e5r. Om man ikke har sett utviklingen og posisjonert seg tidlig, er flere n\u00e5 usikre p\u00e5 om de kommer sent til festen eller om prisveksten vil fortsette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et utbredt svar er at man kan se til selskaper som driver med utvinning av r\u00e5varene som har steget mye, heller enn til r\u00e5varene selv. Et argument er at selskapene typisk kan v\u00e6re lavt priset, ettersom de gjerne har lagt til grunn konservative prisestimater for r\u00e5varene de produserer og selger, gjerne langt under markedsprisen de omsettes for i dag. Generelt er dette vanskelig \u00e5 unng\u00e5 n\u00e5r r\u00e5varene stiger s\u00e5 raskt som de har gjort n\u00e5, men det gj\u00f8res i analyser og kvartalsrapporter i tilfellet prisene kommer raskt ned igjen. Holder prisene seg derimot oppe p\u00e5 dagens kurser, eller fortsetter \u00e5 stige, kan det v\u00e6re interessant \u00e5 se n\u00e6rmere p\u00e5 r\u00e5vareprodusenter fremover.
