Uken som helhet, ga en oppgang p\u00e5 1.2 prosent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indeksen har igjen kommet inn i den svakt stigende trendkanalen p\u00e5 kort til mellomlang sikt. Samtidig er det dannet ny kortsiktig st\u00f8tte ved 1624 poeng, mens det er et bredere st\u00f8tte\/motstandsomr\u00e5de mellom cirka 1600 og 1668 poeng. Brudd over 1668 vil v\u00e6re et positivt kortsiktig signal, mens brudd under 1624 og 1600 vil v\u00e6re negative signaler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Investtechs kortsiktige optimismeindeks (hausseindeks) har falt jevnt de siste m\u00e5nedene og ligger n\u00e5 p\u00e5 39 poeng, mens den langsiktige hausseindeksen har falt til 48. Indeksene indikerer at det er en overvekt av pessimister blant de kortsiktige investorene p\u00e5 Oslo B\u00f8rs, mens det omtrent er likt mellom optimister og pessimister blant de langsiktige investorene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hausseindeksene har falt betydelig fra toppniv\u00e5ene i mai og juli og indikerer at optimismen i markedet er kraftig redusert i forhold til i sommer. Hausseindeksene divergerer n\u00e5 negativt mot referanseindeksen. Det er noe som ofte skjer n\u00e5r b\u00f8rsen dras opp av et f\u00e5tall store selskaper, mens flertallet av de b\u00f8rsnoterte aksjene er n\u00f8ytrale eller svake, og det regnes som et tidlig tegn p\u00e5 en mulig vending ned ogs\u00e5 i totalmarkedet. Sammenholdt med at\u00a0Investtechs likeveide indeks for Oslo B\u00f8rs\u00a0har brutt ned fra en svakt fallende trend p\u00e5 kort til mellomlang sikt og har utl\u00f8st salgssignal fra en rektangelformasjon, anser vi n\u00e5 det samlede tekniske bildet for Oslo B\u00f8rs som n\u00f8ytralt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Innsiderne er imidlertid sv\u00e6rt positive. Styremedlemmer, direkt\u00f8rer og andre innsidere i selskapene p\u00e5 Oslo B\u00f8rs har gjort 37 handler den siste m\u00e5neden. Kj\u00f8psandelen var 92 prosent, godt over gjennomsnittet for det siste \u00e5ret (84 prosent). Det er lav aktivitet n\u00e5, rundt kvartalsrapporteringene, men vi forventer gradvis \u00f8kende aktivitet de kommende ukene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konklusjon: Oslo B\u00f8rs anses n\u00f8ytral p\u00e5 mellomlang sikt (1-6 m\u00e5neder). Banken har brutt den stigende trenden p\u00e5 mellomlang sikt, noe som i f\u00f8rste omgang indikerer videre oppgang, men med en svakere stigningstakt. Merk at et brudd p\u00e5 st\u00f8tten ved 187-188 kroner vil utl\u00f8se et salgssignal. Motsatt vil brudd p\u00e5 motstanden ved 193-194 kroner utl\u00f8se et kj\u00f8pssignal. SpareBank 1 SMN er svakt positiv p\u00e5 innsidehandler etter en rekke kj\u00f8p gjennom 2024 og fem kj\u00f8p hittil i \u00e5r.
