Indeksen har ikke v\u00e6rt lavere siden 3. september. Uken som helhet, ga en nedgang p\u00e5 1.7 prosent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indeksen har brutt ned fra en svakt stigende trendkanal p\u00e5 kort til mellomlang sikt. Samtidig er det n\u00e5 et st\u00f8tte\/motstandsomr\u00e5de mellom ca. 1600 og 1668 poeng, og en videre sidelengs utvikling indikeres. Brudd over 1668 vil v\u00e6re et positivt kortsiktig signal, mens brudd under 1600 vil v\u00e6re et negativt signal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Investtechs kortsiktige optimismeindeks (hausseindeks) har falt jevnt de siste m\u00e5nedene og ligger n\u00e5 p\u00e5 36 poeng, mens den langsiktige hausseindeksen har falt til 49. Indeksene indikerer at det er en overvekt av pessimister blant de kortsiktige investorene p\u00e5 Oslo B\u00f8rs, mens det omtrent er likt mellom optimister og pessimister blant de langsiktige investorene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hausseindeksene har falt betydelig fra toppniv\u00e5ene i mai og juli og indikerer at optimismen i markedet er kraftig redusert i forhold til i sommer. Hausseindeksene divergerer n\u00e5 negativt mot referanseindeksen. Det er noe som ofte skjer n\u00e5r b\u00f8rsen dras opp av et f\u00e5tall store selskaper, mens flertallet av de b\u00f8rsnoterte aksjene er n\u00f8ytrale eller svake, og det regnes som et tidlig tegn p\u00e5 en mulig vending ned ogs\u00e5 i totalmarkedet. Sammenholdt med at\u00a0Investtechs likeveide indeks for Oslo B\u00f8rs\u00a0har etablert en svakt fallende trend p\u00e5 kort til mellomlang sikt og utl\u00f8st salgssignal fra en rektangelformasjon, anser vi n\u00e5 det samlede tekniske bildet for Oslo B\u00f8rs som n\u00f8ytralt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Innsiderne er imidlertid sv\u00e6rt positive. Styremedlemmer, direkt\u00f8rer og andre innsidere i selskapene p\u00e5 Oslo B\u00f8rs har gjort 54 handler den siste m\u00e5neden. Kj\u00f8psandelen var 91 prosent, godt over gjennomsnittet for det siste \u00e5ret (84 prosent).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konklusjon: Oslo B\u00f8rs anses svakt positiv p\u00e5 mellomlang sikt (1-6 m\u00e5neder). Vi anbefaler langsiktige investorer \u00e5 v\u00e6re investert i markedet hele tiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Skrevet av analytiker Fredrik Dahl Br\u00e5ten<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ukens-aksje-mowi\">Ukens aksje: Mowi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fiskeoppdrettsselskapet\u00a0Mowi\u00a0har ligget i en stigende trend en stund n\u00e5, og nylig br\u00f8t aksjen ogs\u00e5 opp gjennom den tidligere motstanden ved 224 kroner. Begge disse forholdene vitner om \u00f8kende optimisme rundt aksjen og indikerer en videre kursoppgang. Det er ingen teknisk motstand verken p\u00e5 kort eller lang sikt, mens det n\u00e5 er st\u00f8tte fra 224 kroner og nedover mot 218 og 211 kroner. Med 8 prosent m\u00e5nedlig volatilitet og h\u00f8y likviditet, anses risikoen i Mowi som lav. Vi vurderte Mowi opp mot SalMar. De to anses likeverdige teknisk og likviditetsmessig.
