Uken som helhet, ga en nedgang p\u00e5 0.5 prosent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indeksen ligger i en stigende trendkanal p\u00e5 mellomlang sikt, og en videre oppgang innenfor den indikeres. P\u00e5 kortere sikt br\u00f8t indeksen tidlig i forrige uke marginalt opp gjennom motstanden ved 1664 poeng, men har de siste dagene v\u00e6rt under det niv\u00e5et igjen. Det er n\u00e5 et st\u00f8tte\/motstandsomr\u00e5de mellom 1600 og 1668 poeng og en videre sidelengs eller svakt stigende utvikling indikeres. Brudd over 1668 vil v\u00e6re et positivt kortsiktig signal, mens brudd under 1600 vil v\u00e6re et negativt signal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Investtechs kortsiktige optimismeindeks (hausseindeks) har falt jevnt de siste m\u00e5nedene og ligger n\u00e5 43 poeng, mens den langsiktige hausseindeksen har falt til 55. Indeksene indikerer at det er en svak overvekt av pessimister blant de kortsiktige investorene p\u00e5 Oslo B\u00f8rs, mens det er en svak overvekt av optimister blant de langsiktige investorene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hausseindeksene har falt betydelig fra toppniv\u00e5ene i mai og juli og indikerer at optimismen i markedet er kraftig redusert i forhold til i sommer. Hausseindeksene divergerer n\u00e5 negativt mot referanseindeksen. Det er noe som ofte skjer n\u00e5r b\u00f8rsen dras opp av et f\u00e5tall store selskaper mens flertallet av de b\u00f8rsnoterte aksjene er n\u00f8ytrale eller svake, og regnes som et tidlig tegn p\u00e5 en mulig vending ned ogs\u00e5 i totalmarkedet. Sammenholdt med at\u00a0Investtechs likeveide indeks for Oslo B\u00f8rs\u00a0har etablert en svakt fallende trend p\u00e5 kort til mellomlang sikt, anser vi n\u00e5 det samlede tekniske bildet for Oslo B\u00f8rs som svakt positivt til n\u00f8ytralt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Innsiderne er imidlertid sv\u00e6rt positive. Styremedlemmer, direkt\u00f8rer og andre innsidere i selskapene p\u00e5 Oslo B\u00f8rs har gjort 77 handler den siste m\u00e5neden. Kj\u00f8psandelen var 88 prosent, godt over gjennomsnittet for det siste \u00e5ret (84 prosent).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konklusjon: Oslo B\u00f8rs anses svakt positiv p\u00e5 mellomlang sikt (1-6 m\u00e5neder).
