Fredrik vil ogs\u00e5 gi en gjennomgang av et utvalg aksjer i portef\u00f8ljen. <a href=\"https:\/\/attendee.gotowebinar.com\/register\/4686113509277827675?source=nnett\" rel=\"noopener\">Les mer og meld deg p\u00e5 her<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"morgenrapport-18-august\">Morgenrapport 18. august<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Det ble en positiv utvikling i markedet fredag, og Hovedindeksen endte p\u00e5 1634 poeng, noe som er en oppgang p\u00e5 0.2 prosent. Indeksen har ikke v\u00e6rt h\u00f8yere siden 20. juni. Uken som helhet, ga en oppgang p\u00e5 0.7 prosent. Dette var den fjerde dag p\u00e5 rad indeksen steg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hovedindeksen utvikler seg i en stigende trendkanal p\u00e5 mellomlang sikt og br\u00f8t fredag opp gjennom motstandsniv\u00e5et ved 1630 poeng. En videre oppgang p\u00e5 mellomlang sikt indikeres. De siste to m\u00e5nedene har indeksen g\u00e5tt ganske sidelengs innenfor b\u00e5ndet 1600-1633 poeng. Brudd opp signalisererer en videre bevegelse p\u00e5 minst 30 poeng i samme retning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Investtechs kortsiktige optimismeindeks (hausseindeks) ligger p\u00e5 54 poeng, mens den langsiktige hausseindeksen ligger p\u00e5 72. Den langsiktige hausseindeksen har ikke v\u00e6rt h\u00f8yere siden opphentingen i kj\u00f8levannet av koronakrakket vinteren 2021, og indeksen indikerer at det n\u00e5 er nesten tre ganger s\u00e5 mange optimister som pessimister blant de langsiktige investorene p\u00e5 Oslo B\u00f8rs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Styremedlemmer, direkt\u00f8rer og andre innsidere i selskapene p\u00e5 Oslo B\u00f8rs har gjort bare 31 handler den siste m\u00e5neden. Kj\u00f8psandelen var 81 prosent, noe som er like under gjennomsnittet for det siste \u00e5ret (83 prosent). Vi regner med \u00f8kende aktivitet fra innsiderne de kommende ukene, etter hvert som selskapene slipper sine andrekvartalsrapporter og mange innsidere kommer tilbake fra sommerferie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konklusjon: Oslo B\u00f8rs anses positiv p\u00e5 mellomlang sikt (1-6 m\u00e5neder). A ligger i en sterkt stigende trendkanal p\u00e5 kort til mellomlang sikt dannet ved at investorene de siste tre-fire m\u00e5nedene stadig har g\u00e5tt oppover i pris for \u00e5 kj\u00f8pe seg inn i shippingselskapet. Stigende trend indikerer en \u00f8kning i optimismen rundt aksjen, og g\u00e5r ofte h\u00e5nd i h\u00e5nd med sterke resultater for selskapet. Aksjen har brutt alle motstandsniv\u00e5er i kursgrafen, og uten motstand kan kursen g\u00e5 raskt videre. Samtidig er det st\u00f8tte ved flere niv\u00e5er fra 450 kroner og nedover. Wilh.
