Seeking opportunities and patiently(?) waiting for mispricing and sell-off of irrational investors.
Not much cash, time in the market beats timing the market.
Try to balance value, growth and income with some risky and speculative buys.
At the moment about 70% of income is reinvested.
Many individual stock profit % are not correct, since I sell and buy those mostly during ex-div days, for example, NRZ real purchase cost is $11,51.

Dividends over 93 000EUR/Year in year 2016.
2017: about 86000 EUR
2018: about 95000EUR
2019: about 100500eur
Dividends in EUR fluctuate quite a lot because most dividends are paid in USD, so EUR/USD is a big variable here.
Next goal 100 000EUR tax excluded dividends: achieved 2019: 100500eur.
